Delivery Period
We utilize FedEx for all our deliveries. Gen2 hardware is shipped within 2 business days, while Gen 3 & high-performance kits are shipped within 5 business days. Please note that compatible accessories and add-ons sourced from third-party sellers may take between 2 – 15 days before being shipped. Rest assured, we keep you informed of shipping timelines and provide tracking numbers for your convenience.
Authorized Reseller Status
Fastlink AfricaX procures all satellite internet hardware from authorized resellers on behalf of customers who are unable to obtain these kits directly. However, we do not function as resellers or middlemen between the provider and the customer. We exclusively offer a global shopping and delivery service, ensuring that the satellite internet kit and account remain directly between you and the satellite provider. Additionally, we provide support and guidance to customers in setting up their accounts.
Registration of Kits
All units we sell are self-activation kits, eliminating the need for a transfer of ownership. Upon purchase, you become the sole owner and the first to register the unit with the provider. We provide step-by-step guidance on how to register and activate these kits, ensuring a seamless process. The relationship always remains between you and the satellite internet provider.

Satellite Internet Speed
Speeds may vary depending on weather conditions and obstacles that may obstruct the dish. Our tests have shown speeds ranging from 50 Mbps to 250 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
